The planning you need, made accessible!
The Law Office of Jessica Brown is a wills and estate planning practice dedicated to making wills, trusts, and other medical and financial estate planning documents available to those who need them, without the prohibitively high cost and scheduling issues that many associate with this process.
What does that mean?
Meetings can be scheduled flexibly, including evenings or on weekends, and can occur at your home, office, or another convenient location so that you will not have to take off work, find childcare, or overcome any of the other hurdles that often make it difficult to find time to meet with your attorney.
If you live outside of the Greater Austin area, the transaction can be handled entirely remotely.
I am interested in learning more, how do I start this process?
Call or email at any time to set up a free initial consult.
If I cannot take your call immediately, leave a message providing your name, number, and a brief description of your situation. When we first talk, we will briefly discuss your needs, and I can give you a general idea of what you may need and how I may be able to help you. I will be able to schedule you at that time over the phone for an initial consultation as well. An "initial consultation" is simply a first meeting, where I can learn more about your situation and you can find out what kinds of estate planning documents you may need and exactly how much these will cost, should you choose to move forward.
For a general idea of how much basic documents typically cost, see the "fees" link above.
Jessica A. Brown, attorney
Jessica is an estate-planning attorney based in Central Texas. She uses technology to decrease overhead and increase flexibility in her law practice so that she can make estate planning available to more of the Texans who need it. She meets with clients primarily through phone, email, and web-based videoconferencing, though in-person meetings are available where proximity permits. While you can always contact her online, she holds her "office hours" for client meetings in the evenings and on weekends.
